Hi, I’m Daniel, and I know firsthand how challenging weight loss can be. After losing 40kg myself, I understand the struggles, doubts, and obstacles that come with making lasting changes. With over 8 years of experience, including owning a gym for 6 years. I’ve helped countless people achieve sustainable fat loss through flexible macro and calorie tracking.
My coaching is all about balance. I focus on creating realistic strategies that fit busy lifestyles, helping you lose fat without extreme diets or sacrificing your social life. My goal is to help you regain confidence, rediscover your self-worth, and achieve results that last.
